the location was prime, just steps from the colosseum. the breakfast on the rooftop terrace added a touch of magic each morning. i adored the small refrigerator because it kept my water cool. the staff were quite lovely and always offering assistance.
i noticed the bathroom setup was a little open, lacking complete privacy, but i managed.

The staff demonstrated excellent service. They stored our luggage when we took a day trip. Upon our return, the luggage had already been placed inside the room. The hotel's location offered convenient walking distance to the Colosseum and other main attractions. High-quality hygiene products were supplied in the bathrooms.
Street noise could be heard clearly in the room despite closed windows. There was no soundproofing.

The staff was helpful with directions. The room was very clean and well presented. I appreciate Sabrina. She provided great assistance whenever I had questions. I am grateful for the convenient airport transfer arrangement made by the reception staff.
The bathroom design could be improved because water easily splashes through the glass door into the room.
